COVID has thrown so many weddings out of wack this year, forcing couples to cancel, reschedule, or dramatically alter their wedding plans. In Hector and Sophia’s case, this meant shifting from a big party wedding in Ventura to a small elopement with family and friends in Temecula. But fear not - their big celebration event will still be happening later this year, circumstances permitting, and we can’t wait to share both parts of their wedding with you! If this year has taught me anything, it's the importance of self-care. Take time to separate from work, from home, from any sources of stress and anxiety. One key way to do this is enjoying nature and the outdoors. Not only does this expose you to fresh air and sunshine, but the activity and beautiful surroundings can fill you with inspiration and provide a creative outlet for self-expression. In my case, I wanted to test myself and see if I could create a film capturing this experience with just a phone and a drone. Here is the result.
